Chelsea travel to Bournemouth after an abysmal performance against Leeds during the week, where they lost 3-1.

Maresca will be hoping that Chelsea can turn their fortunes around when they face Bournemouth later today in the Premier League.

Maresca blasted his side for a poor performance against Leeds, even calling out Tosin for an unforgivable performance. Tosin’s errors saw Leeds finish off a game that Chelsea were slowly working their way back into.

Team News

For Bournemouth, they will be without Tyler Adams, who is suspended after receiving his fifth yellow card of the season,  and Lewis Cook, who received a red card in the game against Sunderland.

For Chelsea, Palmer is back in contention to start after a short cameo against Leeds. From Maresca’s press conference, Tosin may have played his way out of the starting XI, and Fofana or Josh Acheampong may replace him in the starting XI.

Lavia and Essugo are still out injured, while Caicedo is still serving his red card suspension.

Chelsea are unbeaten in their last five meetings against Bournemouth, with three wins and 2 draws, and they will hope to keep it that way when both sides meet today.
