The Rossoneri are finalizing the details of a deal with Young Boys for Athekame, a 24-year-old right-back, in a package worth around €10m including bonuses. Despite having other offers, Athekame has chosen to join Milan this summer.

In addition to Athekame, Milan has made progress in negotiations with Club Brugge for Ardon Jashari.

The club is waiting for final approval from the Belgian side, which seems likely given their willingness to sell. These potential signings would be significant additions to Milan’s squad, providing fresh talent and competition in key positions.

However, Milan’s transfer activity may not be limited to these two signings. The club is still holding out for a deal with Juventus for centre-forward Dusan Vlahovic, who tops head coach Massimiliano Allegri’s wishlist. Vlahovic is reportedly open to joining Milan, but the Rossoneri would need to meet Juventus’ demands.

The situation with Vlahovic remains fluid, and a potential offer from the Premier League could change everything. Nevertheless, Milan’s proposal genuinely appeals to the Serbian international, and the club is hopeful of securing his services.
