Juventus are looking to offload striker Dusan Vlahovic and have offered him to Newcastle United, with the Italian club willing to accept offers around €30 million.

Juventus are actively seeking to offload striker Dusan Vlahovic, and Newcastle United has been presented with an opportunity to sign the Serbian international. The Italian club is looking to reduce its wage bill and is prepared to accept offers in the region of €30 million for Vlahovic.

This potential transfer deal has been raised in discussions between the two clubs, with Newcastle considering Vlahovic as a possible replacement for Alexander Isak if he were to leave for Liverpool.

Despite being linked to Newcastle for some time, the Magpies are currently not planning to pursue the deal. Moreover, it’s unclear whether Vlahovic would consider a switch to St James’ Park. Newcastle’s focus remains on other attacking targets, including Brentford’s Yoane Wissa, for whom they’re preparing a second bid.

Another target for Newcastle is Wolves’ Jorgen Strand-Larsen. However, the Norwegian club is adamant that Strand-Larsen is not for sale. With the transfer deadline approaching, it remains to be seen whether Newcastle will reconsider Vlahovic or continue to push for their preferred targets.

Vlahovic’s current contract with Juventus is set to expire in 12 months, and the club is keen to offload him to alleviate the financial burden of his £373,000 weekly salary. The striker’s potential departure would also pave the way for new signings, such as Jonathan David, who has recently joined the club.

The Magpies will need to carefully consider their options and make a decision before the transfer deadline.
