Tottenham Hotspur are exploring new transfer targets, including Maghnes Akliouche and another attacker, after being outbid by Arsenal for Eberechi Eze.

Tottenham Hotspur are racing against time to secure new transfer targets before the deadline, having been left disappointed after Arsenal swooped in to sign Eberechi Eze. The club had held talks with Eze, but ultimately lost out on the deal, which has left them scrambling to find alternative solutions.

This setback comes amid considerable supporter unrest and pressure, particularly following James Maddison’s injury.

Spurs have identified Maghnes Akliouche as a potential target, and are also considering other attackers to bolster their squad. An approach has been made for Southampton’s Tyler Dibling, and the possibility of signing Xavi Simons has been discussed, especially after his potential move to Chelsea stalled.

With every club needing to finalize their deals, Spurs have lost their leverage, making it a challenging task to secure their desired targets.

This isn’t the first time Spurs have faced disappointment in the transfer market this season. They previously lost out on Morgan Gibbs-White, who decided to stay at Nottingham Forest. The club’s transfer strategy has been under scrutiny, and the upcoming deadline will be crucial in determining the team’s prospects for the season.

Spurs need to act quickly to secure their targets. With the right signings, the team can build on their Europa League triumph and make a strong impression in the Champions League.

As the transfer deadline looms, Tottenham’s focus will be on finding the right players to strengthen their squad and achieve their goals.
