Napoli are edging closer to signing Fabio Miretti from Juventus, with Italian reports suggesting that the Partenopei have offered €14m for the 22-year-old midfielder. Miretti, a product of Juventus’ youth academy, spent last season on loan at Genoa, where he made 25 Serie A appearances, scoring three goals and providing three assists.

Miretti’s agent, Giovanni Branchini, confirmed last week that negotiations between Napoli and Juventus had taken place. While it’s unclear if the €14m offer will be enough to secure the deal, Napoli is reportedly optimistic about signing the young midfielder.

Miretti has already gained experience playing for Italy, earning one senior cap in November 2022. Despite his young age, he has shown promise and potential, making him an attractive target for Napoli.
