Ademola Lookman remains committed to joining Inter Milan, with the club preparing to make a new bid for the Nigerian winger as the transfer deadline approaches.

The transfer saga surrounding Ademola Lookman continues, with the winger maintaining a professional attitude with Atalanta while awaiting a move to Inter Milan.

Inter has been working to finalize deals that would provide the necessary funds to increase their offer for Lookman. Recently, the Nerazzurri sold Aleksandar Stankovic to Club Brugge and Tajon Buchanan to Villarreal, potentially adding around €20m to their transfer budget.

This development could enable Inter to boost their bid for Lookman, which currently stands at €40m. An agreement might be reached if the offer rises to €45m plus €5m in add-ons. 

However, the clock is ticking, and Inter has set a firm deadline of July 31 to complete the transfer. If nothing happens in the next few days, significant developments can be expected between July 28 and 30.

Lookman has been exemplary in his conduct with Atalanta, attending training sessions, greeting fans, and being punctual for his treatments.
