Borussia Dortmund take on Ulsan Hyundai in their final Club World Cup group game, seeking to secure a spot in the round of 16.

Borussia Dortmund is in strong form, having won seven of their last eight matches and avoiding defeat in nine. However, they’ve conceded 16 goals in 10 outings, which might concern manager Niko Kovac. Dortmund are still without Emre Can and Nico Schlotterbeck due to injuries.

Ulsan Hyundai, on the other hand, has struggled recently, losing three games preceding their meeting with Dortmund and failing to win in their past four matches. They’ve conceded 11 goals in their last five outings while scoring seven times.

Ulsan Hyundai’s head coach, Pan-Gon Kim, will be disappointed by his team’s placement, given that they are the defending champions of the K League. He would’ve expected more from his side, and they have failed woefully in this competition.

Dortmund come into this game with one goal in mind: avoid defeat by all means. The German team haven’t been in their best form since they started the Club World Cup, and if they want to qualify for the next round, they must avoid defeat against Ulsan

Predicted XI

Borussia Dortmund: Kobel; Sule, Anton, Bensebaini; Couto, Nmecha, Gross, Svensson; Bellingham, Brandt; Guirassy.

Ulsan Hyundai: Jo; Trojak, Kim, Jung; Kang, Ko, Bojanic, Lee, Ludwigson; Lacava, Farias.
