“Boca are a very dangerous team in the transition game,” Kompany said. “They believe in their moments. The team spirit is good. We have respect for Boca.” Kompany also noted that Bayern is familiar with the Argentine style of play, having faced many Argentine players in European leagues.

The match is expected to be a challenging one for Bayern, with a large contingent of Boca fans likely to fill the stands at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium.

Kompany acknowledged that it might feel like an away game but emphasized the importance of Bayern showing the right emotion and playing to their strengths.

The return of Jamal Musiala and Dayot Upamecano to the side after injuries will be a boost for Bayern. Musiala scored a hat-trick against Auckland City, and Kompany expressed his delight at having both players back and fit.

“Integration is an important issue, and we have to look at it,” Kompany said, adding that everyone in the team is now 100% fit.
