Aston Villa may lose Rogers and Martinez as they struggle to resolve their financial situation.

Aston Villa’s disappointing season has sparked concerns about retaining their star players, with financial issues and missing out on the UEFA Champions League potentially driving talent away.

The club’s failure to qualify for next year’s Champions League has impacted their summer transfer strategy, with lingering financial issues limiting their ability to recruit top players.

Morgan Rogers has emerged as a potential exit target, with reports suggesting he’s keen on an Arsenal transfer.

Rogers enjoyed a stellar campaign for Villa, topping the charts for most assists this season and finishing just three goals behind his international colleague in goal-scoring. The news comes amid “ridiculous” exit rumors surrounding the player.

Vice-captain Emiliano Martínez also looks set to leave Villa Park, adding to the uncertainty surrounding the team’s future.

Unai Emery will likely demand significant recruitment to bolster the squad, but the club’s financial constraints may hinder their ability to attract top talent. The situation will be closely monitored in the coming weeks, with potential sales or signings likely to be influenced by Aston Villa’s financial situation.
