Ousmane Dembélé has been awarded the best player of the season in the UEFA Champions League.

PSG’s Ousmane Dembélé has been outstanding all season, and he has been awarded the player of the year in the competition by UEFA.

This season in the UCL, he provided eight goals and six assists, which were instrumental in pushing PSG to the final. 

In the final, he provided two assists in PSG’s 5-0 win over Inter Milan, securing the club’s first-ever Champions League trophy. He pipped Raphinha to win the award. Raphinha had the most goal contributions with 13 goals and 8 assists.

Dembele also got into the UCL team of the season alongside Doué to lead the front line.

The midfield lineup sees Raphinha, Declan Rice, Vitinha, and Lamine Yamal. In defense, Bastoni is the only Inter player on the list while Nuno Mendes, Hakimi, and Marquinhos clean out the remaining spots. Donnarumma goes in goal to complete the team.
