The Premier League has officially announced its eight nominees for the 2024/25 Player of the Season award, which includes a diverse mix of talent that has lit up the 2024/25 campaign.

His teammate, Virgil van Dijk, has anchored the league’s most formidable defence, contributing to a record number of clean sheets and demonstrating leadership throughout the season. Ryan Gravenberch has emerged as a revelation in midfield, excelling in a deeper role and showcasing his versatility and tactical intelligence.
Nottingham Forest’s resurgence in the Premier League has been fueled by the impressive performances of Morgan Gibbs-White and Chris Wood. Gibbs-White’s creativity and vision have been central to Forest’s attacking play, while Wood’s consistent goal-scoring has provided a reliable offensive threat.
Alexander Isak has enjoyed a standout season with Newcastle United, netting 20 goals in just 27 league appearances, becoming the first Magpies player since Alan Shearer in 2002-03 to reach that milestone.
