Tottenham are the biggest winners of the transfer window. Add Savinho or Marmoush to the squad, and it becomes 11/10 window.
Tottenham Hotspur have used the summer transfer window to reshape their squad.
After a disappointing campaign under Ange Postecoglou and Thomas Frank, Tottenham have recognised that incremental improvements would not be enough. They needed a rebuild, and their recruitment so far suggests they have embraced that challenge.
The north London club have been one of the most aggressive teams in the market, bringing in quality across several positions while addressing some of the weaknesses that undermined them last season.

With the Premier League campaign approaching, Tottenham now look like a very different team from the one that struggled for consistency last term.
Spurs Have Rebuilt Almost Every Area of the Squad
The scale of Tottenham’s recruitment is what makes their window particularly impressive.
Sandro Tonali arrived from Newcastle United in a blockbuster deal, giving De Zerbi an experienced midfielder capable of controlling games, winning the ball and contributing in the final third.

His arrival is particularly important given how often Tottenham struggled to impose themselves in midfield last season.
They have also invested heavily in Mateus Fernandes, another midfielder who should give the team greater energy and technical quality in possession. Rather than simply replacing outgoing players, Spurs appear to be building a midfield designed specifically for De Zerbi’s football.
The changes have not been limited to midfield. Tottenham have strengthened across the pitch and have shown a willingness to spend serious money to give their new manager the tools required to succeed.
That is perhaps the biggest difference between this Tottenham rebuild and previous transfer windows. There is a clear sense of purpose behind the recruitment.
De Zerbi is inheriting a squad that has been significantly reshaped rather than simply refreshed.
Savinho or Marmoush Would Take the Window to Another Level
Tottenham’s work may not even be finished.
Spurs have reportedly agreed a £75 million deal with Manchester City for Brazil winger Savinho, with a further £10 million potentially due in add-ons. The deal would represent another major statement of intent from a club that attempted to sign the winger a year ago.

Savinho would give Tottenham another explosive attacking option and could provide the creativity and unpredictability they sometimes lacked last season. His ability to operate from wide areas while carrying the ball forward would also fit naturally into the attacking football De Zerbi is expected to introduce.
But Tottenham are not putting all their eggs in one basket.
They have also been reported to remain in talks for Manchester City’s Egypt international Omar Marmoush. Bringing in either player would give Spurs another elite attacking option and make their forward line considerably more dangerous.

Signing both would arguably turn an already impressive window into one of the best in recent Premier League history.
If Tottenham complete the signing of Savinho or Marmoush, they will have addressed virtually every major area of concern and given themselves the kind of squad capable of competing much higher up the Premier League table.
