The Saudi Pro League club sees the Colombian as a “dream signing” and will attempt to price him away from Stamford Bridge

Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr has expressed strong interest in signing Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo in the upcoming summer transfer window.

According to sources, the club views Caicedo as a “dream signing”. Al-Nassr already features high-profile players who have played in the Premier League, including Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane.

However, Chelsea have dismissed the possibility of a transfer. The Blues invested £115 million to secure Caicedo’s services from Brighton in the summer of 2023 and currently have no intention of selling the Ecuadorian international. Reports are that he is considered by the club hierarchy as a pivotal part of their long-term strategy and his current market value exceeds their initial investment.

Caicedo’s performances this season have been instrumental for Chelsea and he is currently considered by many fans to be among the frontrunners for the club’s Player of the Year award.

It is understood that the Colombian himself is also uninterested in a move to Saudi Arabia and wants to continue his career in England.
