The UEFA Champions League semifinals is upon us and PSG kick off things as they host Bayern Munich.

PSG and Bayern Munich kick off the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League and it promises to be an exciting tie.

Although there are only four teams left, PSG and Bayern Munich are heavy favorites to win the tie, even though only one of them will make it to the final.

Both teams come into this final having scored the most goals in the UCL (38). With both sides freely scoring, fans expect goals galore over both legs.

Bayern have won all of their last seven UCL games while PSG are unbeaten in their last four.

PSG are on track to reach their second final in two years while Bayern are looking to enter their first final since the 2020/21 season where they beat the Parisians to win the title.

PSG are worried that Vitinha may be a doubt for the Bayern game. Although he was back in training on Monday after recovering from a heel injury, he will still need more checks before he can be cleared to play.

There is good news for PSG as Fabian Ruiz is back from injury while Desire Doue and Nuno Mendes will travel with the squad having fully recovered from knocks vs Liverpool.

For Bayern Munich, the biggest absentee is Vincent Kompany who is serving an accumulated yellow card suspension.

On the team sheet, Gnabry, Karl, Guerreiro and Bischof are all out.
