The hosts made a flying start, breaking the deadlock inside just two minutes after applying early pressure in the Bologna penalty area. Jonathan David opened the scoring, glancing home a precise cross from Pierre Kalulu following a clever setup by Francisco Conceicao.
Juventus continued to dominate the first half, with Conceicao having a goal ruled out for offside before being denied again by Federico Ravaglia.
The Bianconeri came close to doubling their advantage when Emil Holm struck the crossbar with a powerful effort, while David also missed a chance just before the break.
Bologna showed brief signs of improvement early in the second half, with Riccardo Orsolini going close, but they struggled to maintain sustained pressure. Juventus soon regained control and sealed the win when substitute Khephren Thuram headed home from a cross delivered by Weston McKennie.
The victory continues Juventus’ strong run under Luciano Spalletti, extending their unbeaten streak and boosting their Champions League hopes, while Bologna’s European ambitions take a hit.
