Harry Kane has returned to Bayern Munich training ahead of their UCL round-of-16 clash with Atalanta after missing the win over Borussia Mönchengladbach.
Bayern Munich have received a major boost ahead of their upcoming Champions League fixture after star striker Harry Kane returned to team training. The England captain had recently been sidelined due to a minor injury.
Kane missed Bayern’s convincing 4-1 victory over Borussia Mönchengladbach on Friday after suffering a calf knock. His absence raised concerns about his availability for the crucial European encounter.
However, the striker rejoined his teammates in training on Monday, raising hopes that he could feature in Bayern’s squad for their Champions League round-of-16 first-leg match.

Bayern also received encouraging news regarding Alphonso Davies, who trained with the squad as he continues his recovery from a torn muscle fibre injury. The defender could also be included in the matchday squad if deemed fit.
Despite the positive updates, Bayern will still be without some key players. Goalkeeper Manuel Neuer did not take part in the training session. Defender Hiroki Ito was also absent from training and is expected to miss the Champions League clash, leaving Bayern with limited defensive options for the match.
