Inter Milan has set a €35m price tag for Italy international Davide Frattesi, or they’re open to a strong player in part-exchange.

Frattessi is eager to leave San Siro due to lack of playing time, even with Hakan Calhanoglu’s injury, and his representatives are pushing for an exit in January.

Nottingham Forest, Atletico Madrid, Galatasaray, and Besiktas are all interested in Frattesi, but Inter won’t budge on their asking price. The Nerazzurri are looking for a permanent transfer or a strong player in exchange, having already rejected loan offers with an option to buy from Besiktas and Galatasaray.

Nottingham Forest is in advanced talks with Frattesi’s entourage, but Inter’s desired part-exchange, Dan Ndoye, seems unlikely. Atletico Madrid is also in the mix, potentially offering Nico Gonzalez in an exchange, but that’s not possible in January due to transfer regulations.

Frattesi’s situation is complicated, having made only 15 appearances this season. Inter values him highly, and his representatives are pushing for a move. With Conor Gallagher’s departure to Tottenham, Atletico Madrid needs a midfielder, making them a strong contender.

Galatasaray had expressed interest but was put off by the €35m price tag. Besiktas also tried and failed to sign him on loan with an option to buy. Inter is firm on their asking price, wanting to ensure they get a good deal for their player.
