AC Milan secured a 3-0 win over Lecce in their second-round match, booking a date with Lazio in the Round of 16. The match will take place at the Stadio Olimpico, as Lazio finished higher than Milan in the previous season.

Udinese, who defeated Palermo 2-1, will face Juventus at the Allianz Stadium. Cagliari, meanwhile, will take on reigning Serie A champions Napoli, led by Antonio Conte, in a tough away match. These fixtures are set to take place in December, with the exact dates and times already confirmed.

The competition will continue with the quarterfinals in February, followed by the semifinals in March and April, and the final which is expected to be held in May.
